Shipping policy
Locally in Hong Kong
Standard delivery period: 3-5 business days for current stock or 4-5 weeks for order items which are not in stock or require production.
We only make deliveries in the specified areas of Hong Kong from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We currently do not make deliveries to remote areas and outer islands. If you place an order on the day before weekend or public holiday, your order will only be proceeded on the next business day.
Worldwide
Standard delivery period: 7-10 business days for current stock or 5-6 weeks for order items which require production.
We use FedEx as our shipping partner for all international shipments.
For international deliveries, we calculate all taxes and duties during checkout. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As such we will contact all international customers by email, when an order is placed to clarify delivery quotes. We also advise all international customers get in touch with their local authorities in case of specific import duties.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You will be informed once it is ready for shipping. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you containing the tracking number.
A signature upon delivery is required to ensure secure receipt of your order.
